It's time to get with the times. Some of our cards have been taken. There's no point in arguing which ones they were.

Couldn't agree more.. at the end of the day we're just dancing around actual accountability with colorful semantics and connotations.

We all know how castrated the union is.. stack on top of that their unwillingness to police their own and you have to start asking yourself why we even bother.

Zero leadership and zero accountability are hallmarks of internal rot. Fundamental changes required.
