There is a two month old Eclipse based at my airport with all of these issues. I was told these by the pilot and an Eclipse mentor pilot. They had NO GPS, and HDG mode only in autopilot. They had NO RADAR that they could see.

Like you said yourself----FIKI not approved yet. GPS not available yet. Eclipse has been saying "shortly" for quite some time now.
