EBay never appealed to me for some reason. It feels too much like a flea market. I suppose there are honest sellers on there but I prefer smaller, more personal venues operating more as a public service than a true storefront. There is not so much of a profit motive is at work as over on eBay. I want these headphones because summer is coming and they keep your head cool in smaller unpressurized airplanes, but it looks like I will have to suck it up and "pay the man" if I want a set.
