that is why i am hesitant in posting this kind of stuff. especially this rumor. but they guy i got it from is so sure of it that i had to ask if anyone else has heard this floating around.
what i dont know is why now before the delta/nwa merger and will we remain seperate or be joined together under the alpa merger rules. once again like all rumors this one has yet to be proven. like you said, we shall see. i personally would prefer we get a contract over another airline.
