Never, ever fail to correct them on the history, to include when the company lowered thier formula in anticipation of C15 TA1 passing, then had to reinstate their old/our current formula a year an a half later. This is by design and comes from the steady stream of anti-union, anti-pilot Kool Aid that management feeds them. At other airlines, labor groups blame management for their woes, not each other. Delta management has expertly crafted a culture that pins blame on pilots and/or unionism rather than the true culprit.
