I thought there was nothing to conceal here too, until Spirit captured several hundred pages of threads and posts from here and entered them in as evidence of an illegal work action. Even though I had not advocated for or participated in any illegal work action, every post I had made in threads where such things *were* alleged to have occurred was in that stack of evidence. Had things gone differently, there could have been further discovery that could lead to individuals being named instead of the pilot group as a whole. The union wouldn't be able to defend that so if my name had come up I'd be paying legal fees out of pocket just to prove I didn't do anything.

That's just one example. Others include the fact that SWA has a few pilots who routinely submit screenshots to HR/ER to try to get other pilots fired. Again, you may not actually DO anything wrong but if you're caught in the frag pattern you could at a minimum get "permanent" ER paperwork even if you're completely cleared of all accusations. Even "anonymous" accounts can be traced to individuals through the magic of router and server logs and the patriot act (don't ask, it's a long story you don't want to read). There's no such thing as real anonymous activity online. The best you can do is make it difficult enough to track you that they move on to another easier target. Um. Like you actually.

So... I suggest you make another anonymous account and don't do what you just did. There are people who are going to be targeting you in any online environment including union run forums, so don't make it easy.
