I did accept a job in Southeast Alaska. It was awesome. Challenging flying. The lifestyle is very different in Alaska. Everything you do, everyone knows about it. I decided to try the Regional flying thing to make a first hand decision on what I want to be when I grow up. I have a pretty good idea what Alaska and the Regionals are like, now I can make an informed decision.

I don't understand the pay issue that many of you have. I made $44k first year flying a PA32 and later was offered $55k first year to fly a Islander with an increase to $66k second year. Compared to $20k first year at my Regional job, but I was flying a JET! Yippppeeeeee!
