ECIC is apparently on SWA's sh!tlist. The big thing you should get out of them is HOW to present yourself and the format to actually answer the questions asked. I think they got a bum rap as people were. for some odd reason, using canned answers which I don't recall ECIC ever promoting.

In essence, be yourself. ECIC should show you how to present yourself and apply your career story into what you're being asked. If the interview team gets the whiff of you coming across as non-genuine and canned or even worse lying, that's probably the fastest way to get a TBNT. They really want to get to know you. If you deny them that, well... that's on you. The job is really yours to lose. We don't have quotas of say how many they have to interview. They'll make it very clear that they can hire every last one that day, or they can hire no one, but the job is indeed yours to lose.
