MF has to know he’s selling snake oil. I refuse to believe he’s this dumb or that his cognitive decline is this serious. I’m sure he will try to paint this in a positive light to keep hopes up and keep the cash rolling in. It will all be a part of his “master plan.” I do believe that lying about all of this will catch up to him. If he keeps this up and enough people start asking enough questions about where their money went, EPAS/LEPF might just get the two years they are looking for…in an orange jumpsuit.
In all seriousness, what tax code would something like this fall under? A PAC, or political organization? I feel like these type of organizations get messy, especially if ran by some amateur fool like MF. I feel like embezzlement runs rampant in these types of “funds”.
