Anything anyone tells you now outside of a rough guess is just throwing darts at a board. No hiring plus reshuffling manning and causing displacements has put any predictions way out of whack.

The latest plan they gave us was without any hiring, which is curious since the hiring is definitely happening. Looks like Orlando is going to start going junior again and Denver, PHX, and HOU are going to be shrinking causing more displacements. Oakland used to be the junior base in the system, but not any more. Without any sustained hiring, it is just too unpredictable to make any sort of assessment.
