So a group of creditors are saying that their debts are collateralized by cash and that Spirit has the ability to pay them out of cash on hand. Spirit is saying they need the cash to fund ongoing operations, but hasn't submitted any budgets etc to show how that cash will be used going forward.

The hearing is Sept 30th at 11am Eastern time.
