Heard through the grapevine… ALPA lawyers are scared of rustling the feathers of the company. A lot of possible tools and tactics we could utilize to help our efforts are being turned down by ALPA!!!

It’s not the name on the door that’s the problem, it’s who you guys have running the place. Between the constant infighting and the *****s picking up open time like hungry hippos…. You guys are your own worst enemy. And no, the union no matter what brand can tell people to stop picking up open time within the confines of the current contract. That’s how you get sued and slapped with an injunction. You can however treat them like the SCABs they’re behaving as.
