Default omission on application

Thank you for the good answers, especially simplified questions for the ‘tell me about a time’ sorting.
I’m doing prep for that.

I made an omission about a training failure on the application. Didn’t result in a pink slip, but it was definitely an eval ride for aircraft transition (metroliner) under part 135. Retrained and did not pass re-eval, rechecked in current aircraft and resumed duty. Will only come up in the logbook review, not in PRIA PRD FAA. If I could go back and change the app, I would but it’s not possible.
Anyone know the format of the interview panel? Is there an opportunity to admit an application error / make a correction early in the interview and if so, is it the kiss of death?

It’s my only training issue ever, I am practiced at explaining why occurred, what I learned from it and then why it takes me a better pilot today. Just wish I had included it on the application.

off topic, does anyone know where to go for a copy of the current SWA CBA?

TIA!
