Anyone know the format of the interview panel? Is there an opportunity to admit an application error / make a correction early in the interview and if so, is it the kiss of death?

It’s my only training issue ever, I am practiced at explaining why occurred, what I learned from it and then why it takes me a better pilot today. Just wish I had included it on the application
Are you scheduled for an interview?
