I’ve had a couple of FO’s complain about a 737 LCP. Evidently he had corrected them for showing up to the plane for the first leg of a pairing 15 minutes late, using PED’s during flight, blowing off the debrief, sticking checklist in the windows to block the sun, and stuff like that. I told them that I was shocked that a LCP was by the book and expected them to be as well. I’m sure that got me put on the list too.😂
