I've worked here for over a decade across both NB and WB fleets. I've flown with people from every base. I can probably count on one hand the number of people I would never want to fly with again. Every airline has their duds.

Outside of the anecdotal and sometimes funny cliches of people from base ABC or DEF, I've really enjoyed the people I fly with. The WB vs NB vibe is where the cultural difference lies, and that's only due to the type of flying that's done. Professional but relaxed is what I tell people to expect in the cockpit.
