If delta hires January-March, there have to be 20 9E flows on the seniority list each month January-March, senior to all other new hires those months. If Endeavor wishes, they can hold them back up to 90 days, pushing their classes to April-June.

In other words, their class date can be 90 days after their seniority date, but their seniority date has to be in a month that delta hires off the street pilots. Maybe we are just saying the same thing a different way. But I believe OscarRomeo is correct.
