I hate to come on here and bash NJ cuz it’s not a god awful horrible Place, BUT he’s 100% right. OP your just getting started so I understand being enamored with what NJ might have to offer, but long term career wise (I’m assuming you’re on the younger side) 121 has so much more to offer in terms of pay, schedule flexibility, retirement with much less work. Having done regional to NJ to legacy I say it all the time I would rather be stuck at Skywest vs stuck at NJ, Im just glad the market was moving and I didn’t have to stay more than six months,
