24 hours is not enough time to swap a 12 circadian rhythm. It's doable with relief, but 2 days of flying after are asking for trouble.
Then don't swap. Stay on the East Coast for your sleep schedule. The Redeye followed by 24+ hours is easy to get the rest and stay on schedule.
