This was a COUP pure and simple. No discussion or debate and the Policy Manual
WAS NOT followed.

Replacement of Negotiating Committee Members
Should it become necessary to replace the chair of the committee,
the entire committee
should be replaced.
Not only should Reps for Blocks 1, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 12 be RECALLED; so should the MEC Chair.
