Does anyone have any data on what is being hired on the low end of experience/hours? Is it looking like TPIC is a hard requirement? (Probably wont be log any for many years). A couple years ago it was 2500TT and 1000 121 time that would get you an interview. Pretty much exactly that was said to us at LPA. 1000 turbine (not TPIC, turbine) preferred. 2500 TT competitive.. Their exact words.
Now, all of my friends getting looks with those times or slightly more (2600 tt, 1200 turbine sic) are a320 drivers.. Dunno about the RJ folks. Big % of them are locked behind Aviate or Skywest pathway programs...
