I’m pretty much 85% fine with the reserve rules as-is and I’m a junior A. I actually think I get better flying on reserve than I would as a junior line holder looking at the awards compared to my schedule.

My point about SC lines is that it would allow pilots who specifically want that to be able to bid for it. Many pilots I know just try to hit ALV+15 every month. A SC line that paid ALV+15 would be a fairly straight-forward way to do that for anyone desiring to do so, and they could hit ALV+15 without working their tail off.

Otherwise, the idea of paying SCs more is one that I like. A SC paying 3 hours AND counting towards 5:15 credit/filling up would be huge.
