When the company sends a rotation for GS they are accepting the fact they are going to pay premium pay. The company shouldn’t get a discount on that when a RES picks it up part/all on LC days. PB days still would only be due for violated X days.
3. Reserves should be able to convert golden X days back to regular X days at any point at their own discretion.
4. Reserves should have more X day move flexibility as long as the X-99-X rules are maintained. In other words they should be able to move days from the middle of blocks, not just the end, and be able to create new X day blocks with a move.
All of this. “Establish Reserve Rotation Guarantee” is in the Green Book, I am told. It’s been on my ‘list’ for a looong time. As someone who has lost several Res GS and gotten zip for it. It’s total BS, and a huge give to the company.
AA has #2, I believe. Totally agree with all of it.
