All of this. “Establish Reserve Rotation Guarantee” is in the Green Book, I am told. It’s been on my ‘list’ for a looong time. As someone who has lost several Res GS and gotten zip for it. It’s total BS, and a huge give to the company.
AA has #2, I believe. Totally agree with all of it.
I hope AA’s “sick if needed” for reserve is in the green book. That one is huge and it’s a no brainer.
