If you were hired 25 years ago and were a captain on a Global today, your base annual salary (aka hard pay) would be capped at 14 years of service which puts you between $280,000 and $421,000 depending on the schedule you chose. The Flight Duty Pay aka soft pay would be somewhere between $0 and $100,000 depending on how much you actually fly but unlike the schedules you cannot control it. Most people are somewhere in the middle of those ranges.
Obviously, this goes up every year but the current contract only has numbers through 2029. No one knows what it's going to be 25 years from now. You can also Google "TA2024" and see the actual pay tables.
To add to this- the most junior 5000/5500/6000 PIC is over 20 years of seniority and the most junior 7500 PIC is over 25 years seniority.
