I agree I instructed both, local and foreign students. The foreign students were always motivated and read what you asked them to. They were also more polite than the local guys.
I think that the amount of foreigners coming to the united States for flight training will increase or stay the same due to the decreasing value of the u.s. dollar. Apparently its cheaper to learn to fly in the states than else where… could have fooled me.
