AA pays 1%. I believe we've established DL and UA pay 1.5%. Smaller ALPA shops that I've worked for are 1.85%+
We definitely paid 1.85% while I was at FedEx.
We were also in negotiations the whole time I was there, so that may have had something to do with it but I can’t remember for sure.
