There will only be a vote if APA and ALPA merger negotiators reach an agreement on dues, property, staffing, etc. I'm sure APA will want to have a guy as ALPA officer right off the bat. I kind of doubt there is going to be any agreement on those items. APA will overplay their hand, and ALPA will dig in. Just my opinion.
