I tend to agree with you, ALPA was pretty generous with FedEx. A successful agreement here also paves the way to bring Southwest and UPS into the fold later. Those are all positives for ALPA national. The biggest question in my mind is if APA wants this or if it's all a show to waste time and in the end say, we tried but couldn't make it work. Time will tell.
ALPA would be a very hard sell at SWA, although having every US pilot group ALPA would have its benefits I suppose… Just about everyone at SWA is super happy with SWAPA. They do a fantastic job and provide amazing services for half the dues of ALPA.
