Yep, agree 100% with everything all inclusive. But if I was to send you a copy of my ACA contract that was signed in 2001, that "high as it's ever been" wasn't THAT much of a step up. A line holder at ACA NEVER had to deal with things like RA days. *** is that all about? What you are not legal for should get dropped AUTOMATICALLY and you get paid for it. We couldn't pull more than 10 hours duty after a reduced rest period. In IAH, it was all too common to have a 12 hour day on day 4 after a RR overnight, lame.

On the whole, the XJT contract is better. When I was COEX the QOL in our contract was better than ACA, but that had more to do with the capability of CCS, not the contract itself. Being DelCon using CrewTrac, I'd much rather be working under my old contract. It was WAY better for my W-2. I made more in 2000 than in 2005, both first year pay rates. If I can't manipulate my schedule with a couple mouse clicks and have to spend HOURS on hold just to trade a trip, or EVEN pick something up, I'd rather be getting paid more. ACA's had more month to month exploitable soft time than we have at XJT. Way easier to take advantage of and didn't have to work nearly as much for it.
