Customer satisfaction is getting them from point A to B safely and on time . It has nothing to do with making a galley pa and making yourself look foolish.
I don’t do it every flight, but if it helps the company and thus my paycheck, why not? Explain to me how doing your regular PA in front of people instead of the flight deck would make you look foolish?
If you knew me, you’d know that I hate attention. But I get paid well. If the people that pay me well want me to stand up in the galley and make a PA because it’s a net positive for everyone. Then I’m going to do that as long as it doesn’t interfere with safety of flight.
