International cabin pa’s do pose a language barrier. Before I leave the cockpit I’ll translate my speech onto my phone. After I finish my cabin pa in English, I’ll play my speech from the phone in the native language over the pa. I’ve received positive feedback.
I believe they have Flight Attendants for that. Which maybe is great way to remind people again to keep it short and sweet, so that the poor person translating for you doesn’t have too much to remember and translate as they are simultaneously being yelled at by passengers they there is no space for 5 bags.
