Retired AF debating on UPS or Delta.

I will be a commuter at both...love where I live and will accept it. I am currently in year 1 at UPS and have a 2-leg commute to my domicile. I have a CJO at Delta and am waiting for an upcoming class date.

UPS has been great. The people are exceptional and the trips are fun. That said, my gut tells me I will be happier with a shorter commute with Delta.

UPS seniority will be significantly better than DL. Upgrade time is better at DL. The new UPS contract is expected to pay industry top WB pay. But, it’s not all about pay.

I’m blessed to have options. Reaching out to the crowd to see if I’m missing anything by planning to jump over to DL.
