First PA from gate agent was at scheduled departure simply saying delayed without a reason. Pilots walked off 45 minutes later without a word. Told gate change right after that. Long hike to new gate where we were told to go back to old gate. Board and push on original aircraft. Sit on ramp for 45 more minutes without a word. People were ****ed about the lack of info. This is all to often the norm on AA. Check their earnings.
Keeping people informed is different than a song and dance telling everyone how many traps you have.
