Via Union
Via management (includes check airmen)
Many times they criss cross. They ultimately have the same goal, avoid being a line pilot at all costs.
So there is only really one type...
Disclaimer, i do think there is union-only guys doing it to help their fellow pilots, not sure the same goes for the management types
