What do you mean no infrastructure? Compass has a full headquarters in Chantilly, VA. The only thing we have in MSP is a couple classrooms for qround school, and a few HR people for interviews and such.

Mr. John Bendoraitis
Mr. John Bendoraitis, Compass's President, joined Northwest in 1984 and worked as a technician and technical instructor before accepting a manager's position in 1998. Prior to joining Compass in July 2006, Mr. Bendoraitis was the Vice President of Base Maintenance for Northwest. In that role, he had the responsibility for all of the Northwest's airframe, engine and component maintenance. Prior to this assignment, he worked on a variety of management positions in the various Support Shops including Managing Director of Minneapolis Line Maintenance and Plant Maintenance Operations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Metropolitan State University, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas and he is a licensed Airframe and Power plant mechanic.

Don't get me wrong...I have friends at Compass and I tell them the same thing when the try to get me to come over...IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM SAFE THERE...thats all I am saying....Good Luck
