Compass has an SOC and hdqrs in Chantilly. The accounting, payroll, IT and perhaps a few other departments are run by MCHoldings whose employees were all Mesaba employees before their badges changed to reflect the new company they worked for. The bottom line is that Compass is basically a virtual airline with far less structure than Mesaba or Pinnacle.
