Compass has an SOC and hdqrs in Chantilly. The accounting, payroll, IT and perhaps a few other departments are run by MCHoldings whose employees were all Mesaba employees before their badges changed to reflect the new company they worked for. I guess I don't understand what you mean by "a virtual airline with far less structure than Mesaba or Pinnacle" comment. How are we "less structured" than Mesaba? How does it make us "virtual"? Both of our pay comes from the same people. As you stated, we share some departments, but we have our own management, own HQ, etc.
