Corporate Eagle Management Services
Not much to say. The company leadership is toxic. You live in the grey area of the regulations here. If you care about your certificate I would just avoid. All of the people and pilots who work there (outside of upper management) are awesome and great people but overall the pilot group is abused, gaslit, and not given resources to be successful.
The overall company have a high turn over rate. The average amount of time a pilot works there s probably around 3 years. Very very few have been around longer than that. They like to "interpret" the regs themselves and force the crews into working in the grey areas and tell us we are the ones who don't understand. There is a company fatigue policy but don't every intend on using it. The company retaliates whenever you speak up or express your concerns.
The company is "employee owned" and has been for 16 months. There has been zero evaluation or account set up for the employees to see what their retirement share is. (Should have been done within 12 months) They seem to be having some financial struggles as they terminated the position of "Executive Director of Member Experience" recently. A company that prides itself on being for the member eliminated the position to do just that.
It is not a commutable company. Pay is still well below industry standard. Pay structure is weird - they give you a small salary and then get flight pay (wheels up to wheels down) and a layover pay when away from base (8 hours if spending the night somewhere.) You are given a memo the breaks all this down and you are not guaranteed to actually make what the memo says. You work a 10/5 schedule. During your 10 on now you may not fly but are essentially n call 24/7 and need to be able to get to the airport within 2 hours. You will sign the 2 year promissory note per airplane(prorated.) Its "required" but not required and they will sue you for it if you leave early. They generally have a ton of first officers but run very thin on the captain side. Captains generally work 9 or 10 of the "on" days and the FO's work about 5 of the "on" days.
The overall facility is great and the people are really good. The aircraft are older but mostly well maintained by in house MX.
