Thats part of the problem. Theyll yet again bypass seniority by letting volunteers into CHS instead of more pilots.
This PC12 idea may come off as “innovative” but it’s actually a giant sign of a bad business model… the majors aren’t kidding when they say the LCC model will not last forever (they are actively killing it via loyalty/basic econ). Continue to work here at your own (literal) risk.
