Not really.

Not all of the NB folks are getting the soft pay all the time every time. However increases in pay rates lift everyone, they are across board. I think that's what crewdawg is saying here.

The focus this contract should be significant pay rate increases. And we should band NB as much as possible to the 75 rate. For the 717 and 220 they should at least be banded to the 220-300 rate at a minimum.
