I have a line on a Pa-44 for 180 an hour. split $90 wet. It is out of Chester county airport. west of Philly. I was going to get my checkout on thursday and start flying asap but my partner backed out. they owners want a min of 10 hour block @ 180 an hour. so 20 hours dual. also they want renters insurance it comes out to 250 a year so not bad.
