Tough to do on 40 minute turns where we are always 35 minutes late. If it's worth debriefing, there's dinner/bar at the end of the day. Don't get me wrong, I'm big on briefings/debriefings....when appropriate. But do them too often and they become fluff and lose their value.
Not critical stuff like takeoff and approach briefings, but the stuff like "hey, I noticed that you didn't call for landing flaps until 1100 and so we didn't start the Before Landing until 990"....that can wait until the end of the day if you only did it once.
