Why do you need credit monitoring if your credit is frozen? Credit monitoring is a scam, my brother. Every reputable bank or credit card offers "credit monitoring." It's totally meaningless. They can't truly monitor your credit if no one has access to it.
You shouldn't pay for it, just use credit karma or the free ones your credit card/bank provide.
