Nobody is disputing whether or not it is a "personal" decision. The question I am posing is, if as insinuated by the post I replied to.....if the only reason for banging out fatigued is not based on safety but instead on real/perceived injustices by the company .... is that righteous? If I would have had a green slip and showed up but it subsequently was cancelled due to "fatigue" by the other pilot, and all I got was suit up pay......and the other pilot admitted the only reason he banged out fatigued was "principle".....I would be miffed.

Call me shallow, or call it a hypothetical..........but it has happened.
