As did John, and Jose. It was well known.
The company was wrecking the system to "prove" their point. Limiting or eliminating ULD movement flights (since they counted against the SAM) but a massive disparity in ULD positions system wide because of it. A problem the Company saved with outsourcing the ULD movement to third parties, or just palletizing freight.
