If your that sick in the last 12 months it's worth it to get a doctor to sign off on a head cold as a condition of using more IMHO.
I know this is already under dispute with one of the grievance settlements that is being grieved again, but there is no reason to have such restrictive language in the PWA over who can sign a "doctor's" note. Maybe in the 80's and 90's that was a thing because there were so many more family practices staffed by actual doctors. But in today's world medicine has changed, and primary care is almost always administered by NPs, PA's, etc, and they are perfectly capable of verifying an illness for a GFB or sick verification.
