How many hours depends on longevity. Idk when you top out, but the top end of the list get around 250ish. Most people are around 150-190ish IIRC.
That said, I prefer Delta’s systems as well
The number of hours they get is way better, no question. It would be an interesting problem to level set the pilot group, with some people with 250-1000 hours banked and other pilots who have 0-50. It would penalize the people who have saved their hours over the years and reward those who use them all every year.
