Personally I'd prefer a system like Deltas where you get 250 hours at the beginning of every year (could be wrong or missing something).
Even if the poling data showed that we wanted to go that way, the company wouldn’t sign off on it unless we gave up something BIG in exchange. They know that we’d treat it as use it or lose it “flexible vacation days” and sick calls would go way up.
