That implies they need to do more recruiting than one person can handle. I really wish the company would communicate better. Yes, NDAs are a real thing but they can at least say something like “we are hiring Recruiting Specialists because we need to grow our numbers” or “we are hiring Recruiting Specialists due to an increase in resignations.” Just tell us something!
